Organisations need to be able conduct due diligence on potential partners in order to ensure that entering into the partnership is in the best interests of their beneficiaries and  does not expose them or the organisations’ assets to any undue risks.

Delivered by Helen Elliott from Sayer Vincent (a firm of chartered accountants dedicated to charities and social enterprises) this workshop will explore the drivers behind partnership working and what to look at when conducting due diligence. It is aimed at project managers, senior management, trustees and anyone else who is likely to be involved in building partnerships with other organisations.
